Breakfast
The van is clean. AT is on the way to turn it in. Jeff, Deb, Fish, French and Derek left at 8:45 am to head North. Me, Wilder, Reeve and the SLUTS are sitting at the Cafe at De Light in downtown Ludlow. Aucter just ordered a cheese burger, spicy fries and a side salad. Everyone else is getting breakfast - HUGE breakfast.

Top of Killington
6:37pm: Ostler just finished for Team SLU Alumni. Derek is about 2 VERY steep miles back, and, now (638) John Hall jas just handed off for the SLUTS. Derek will be FINISHED, literally and literally, when he's done. Fish is already done.
Finally the sun is setting and it is cooling off, but the damage has been done. The whole race is about an hour off pace, which may end up being an issue at later transitions (though they did move a bunch of teams ahead to address this - and save them some of the high heat hours. Now, the bugs are coming out... But we are one ski mountain from being done.
